'Tis that time of year again - the time when we put the call out to production companies, budding unsigned hopefuls and everyone in between to send us work from your top new directing talent. Creatives and producers, seen an amazing reel from someone new? Send us your nominations too. Criteria-wise, remember, we're looking for directors to watch, which is a fairly loose term, but please only send us the up and comers rather than the already somewhat established.

We actually prefer digital reels (ie. links, QuickTimes, MPGs, etc.) over anything else, but we'll happily accept stuff on DVD as well. (We also accept VHS, albeit grudgingly, and hasten to note that new company regulations require us to ask that anyone sending material on beta or ¾" also send along a beta or ¾" player.)

Our absolute deadline for materials is Monday, August 11th, but the earlier we get your stuff, the better.
